What We Do
Haunted New Zealand is the country’s most prominent paranormal investigation group. Our Facebook page has a highly engaged and rapidly growing audience, of over 79,000 followers.
As a team of experienced and professional paranormal investigators and researchers, we have carried out some very high-profile investigations & clearings in New Zealand, some of which have garnered the attention of both local and international media.
With permission we investigate public buildings, perform cleansings of private homes (at no charge) and run ticketed paranormal investigation events to help raise money for historic venues. The team travels New Zealand to investigate and document reports of paranormal activity, driven by a fascination for the paranormal, and a desire to learn and understand. We don’t jump at shadows, we don’t run around screaming, and we don’t get excited about dust particles in photos. We do take paranormal investigation very seriously. We don’t enter anywhere without permission, and we treat each and every location with the same care and respect we show to our own homes and property… and we always act with the utmost professionalism. In addition to investigating reputedly haunted public buildings and locations, Haunted NZ also offers assistance to members of the public who may be experiencing paranormal activity in their own homes. Many people who experience a haunting or unexplained events within their own home or business often have nowhere to turn to for help. One the of primary goals of Haunted NZ is to provide support and expertise to those affected by the supernatural in a discreet and professional manner. We do not charge for our services. Instead, we use each investigation to further our knowledge and experience, seeking to capture evidence of ghosts and other anomalies which cannot be explained through conventional science.
